Hyperion Towers Unit 605

This condo was located right on the beach. Rental Leaf was very friendly and easy to deal with. The location was quiet yet convenient to everything. The views were great from the Balcony. The Balcony was a nice size. It seats 4 at the table and we brought additional chairs to sit on the other side. The layout is good. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a bath right outside the door, but it also was at the front of the condo making it a private area. The washer and dryer came in handy. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are multiple ways to brew coffee (coffee pot and a Keurig). It has a blender, hand mixer and toaster. It has all the utencils, coffee cups, glasses, bowls and plates you would need. The pool was smaller but not crowded. We plan on staying again.

The condo was as pictured. Easily accessed through door code. Was happy the room was ready before expected and was able to get in sooner for no extra price. The condo did have some crumbs on the living room and kitchen floor when we arrived but nothing crazy. Beds were very loud when moving and mattresses were very firm (which i do not prefer). The kitchen had obvious space between backsplash and counter and the master bathroom mirror had spits you could see where it was mounted to the wall. Just seemed like cheap remodeling so not what was expected for the price we paid. Beach was easily accessible by boardwalk. The condominium over all was very outdated which I did not like. Parking was very tight in larger truck. Was overall happy with the condo but did seem a little overpriced for what it was.

Our second stay at Hyperion Towers and just as fabulous as the first time. We love the location - just far enough away from the ‘busyness’ and close enough to hit all the great eateries in just a quick drive. Host communication is superb. Condo is comfortable and clean. Love this place! Ready to book our next trip.
